Aldo Dapon resigned from the post of the member of the Management Board of the company developing the Porto Franco shopping and office centre with the expiry of his contract on 11 July 2017. The business of the company will be managed by the other member of the Management Board, Mr. Rauno Teder.
Aldo Dapon worked as the CEO and a member of the Management Board of Porto Franco for just less than two years. Lembit Lump, a member of the Supervisory Board of Porto Franco made favourable comments on the occasion, saying that Dapon had done good work. Lump said that Aldo Dapon’s employment contract had expired, and it was not extended. ‘If Aldo Dapon does not wish to continue, we cannot force him to do that. The contract expired, and as there was no mutual desire to extend it, we had to terminate the contract. Of course, we regret it, as now we need to somehow find a solution to this situation,’ he added.
Porto Franco OÜ will now be managed by another member of the Management Board Rauno Teder, who has been involved in managing the developing project from its very start.
