The Porto Franco business and leisure centre signed a designing and concreting works agreement with the total value close to 31 million euros with the consortium established by NOBE and Kontek Int AS.
‘The start of concreting works sends a message that the construction of the largest leisure centre in Tallinn moves full steam ahead,’ said Rauno Teder, the member of the Management Board of Porto Franco.
The Chair of the Management Board of NOBE, Mait Rõõmusaar noted that this contract expresses recognition for the company’s design team that was able to provide for Porto Franco an efficient, yet cost-saving solution.
