Impressive
location

Porto Franco is located in the city centre of Tallinn, by the Admiralty basin and Ahtri Street. Ahtri Street is one of the main links between Tallinn city centre and the city districts in the east and west. Thanks to easy access, the impact zone of the centre extents to more than 500,000 people living in Tallinn and Harju County.

In the immediate vicinity of Porto Franco, there is the Old City Harbour for cruise and passenger ships with the total of 10 million passengers per year. The location of the centre on the line connecting the port and the Old Town is highly convenient for the tourists visiting Tallinn. The new centre will become a cosy place to spend time in, enjoy different tastes and dining places, shop or walk around to enjoy the views over the Admiralty basin located just across Porto Franco or over Tallinn Old Town.

The new heart of
Tallinn

The citizens of Tallinn and the guests of the city find all they need from Porto Franco or near it. The Old Town, Tallinn Creative Hub, Linnahall, hotels and cinemas are just a three-minute walk away from Porto Franco. In addition to the existing possibilities, there are several recreational, residential and infrastructure developments either being completed or under construction in the region.

Excellent
access

Porto Franco is easily accessible either by foot, car or public transport for the locals as well as the tourists. Public transport allows comfortable access to Porto Franco from all the regions of Tallinn without any transfers. The fully developed traffic scheme around the centre makes Porto Franco the most conveniently visited shopping centre in Tallinn. In the near future, a new street to be established — Reidi Road — will make the connection between Porto Franco and Pirita and Lasnamägi city districts even more seamless, creating an even better network for non-motorised traffic and public transport.
